Carefully pack your Moccamaster brewer in its original packaging, including all glass carafes, brew baskets, and manuals to ensure safe transit.

Ship to Service Center

Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for your records.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians inspect the unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
